Stephanie is an action-oriented maritime professional committed to improving operational productivity and promote an industry wide safety culture. She hopes to achieve this goal through strategic application of safety standards, employee training and infrastructure improvement. Training workers on how to be safe hits home for Stephanie since both her father and grandfather where longshore workers. After graduating from Texas A&M University in May 2017 with her B.S. in Maritime Administration, Stephanie joined the CPT Team. As a safety oriented person, Stephanie often explains “safety is not a buffet, we cannot pick and choose what we want.
