Stephanie is an action-oriented maritime professional committed to improving operational productivity and promoting an industry-wide safety culture. She hopes to achieve this goal by strategically applying safety standards, employee training, and infrastructure improvement. Training workers on how to be safe hits Stephanie’s home since her father and grandfather were longshore workers. After graduating from Texas A&M University in May 2017 with her B.S. in Maritime Administration, Stephanie joined the CPT Team. As a safety-oriented person, Stephanie often explains, “Safety is not a buffet; we cannot pick and choose what we want.”
