Lance wants his fellow longshoremen to know that the “impact of proper training is huge, and it will bring more awareness to a very fast-paced job with lots of danger.” His goal is to teach the proper and safe way to operate equipment to minimize accidents so his co-workers return safely to their families at the end of the day.
