Jason has over 15 years of experience in operations, project management, safety and training in the Maritime industry. Since graduating from Texas A&M University in 2003, he spent the majority of his career with APM Terminals, leading teams and implementing projects in various container terminals around the world.

Since 2017, he has been the President of Core Process Technologies and has implemented numerous improvements to safety training for the ILA. Being a husband, and father of 4, he values the importance of coming home everyday to your family, so safety is always the top priority. His goal is to further improve training through learning in virtual environments, simulations and real world on the job mentoring.
