Jason has over 20 years of experience in operations, project management, safety, and training in the Maritime industry. Since graduating from Texas A&M University in 2003, he spent most of his career with APM Terminals, leading teams and implementing projects in various ports around the world.

Since 2017, he has been the President of Core Process Technologies and has implemented numerous improvements to safety training for the ILA. As a husband and father of five, he values the importance of coming home every day to his family, so safety is always the top priority. His goal is to further improve training through learning in virtual environments, simulations, and real-world on-the-job mentoring.
