Fred has 20 years of experience in crane and heavy equipment training. He enjoys the task of communicating necessary skills to trainees so that they may better themselves and their livelihoods.  Fred believes safety is important to each and every employee, as we all desire a safe and effective workspace. It takes a collaborative effort from each person every day to maintain a secure and successful environment. Fred’s goal is “to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to better themselves daily and return home safely to their family.”
