Dani has over 5 years of experience in operations, management, safety, and training in the maritime industry. In 2019, she graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Marine Transportation and a Third-Mate Unlimited Tonnage License. She started her career at Weeks Marine as a Third Mate onboard a trailing suction hopper dredge and worked her way up to Second Mate. She started at CPT in 2024 and is developing training for the Port of New Orleans. Dani’s experience with hopper dredges has given her first-hand knowledge of the dangers of the maritime industry and the importance of safety training.
