Longshoreman since 1992 and a PIT Trainer with CPT since 2018. Benjamin also served as the President of Local 25 for six years. He believes, “The Longshore industry is a huge part of the lifeblood of America. Every Port is a literal gateway to the rest of the world. Our industry plays a crucial part in the global economy. Training our dock workers is essential for several reasons. Longshoremen must be well trained to operate the equipment they are required to operate properly.”
