Our goal at Core Process Technologies is to equip the worker with the tools and knowledge they need to perform their job safely and productively.  We do this through the use of leading edge simulation technology, thoughtfully designed obstacle courses, and interactive classroom sessions. Combined, our trainers have hundreds of years of experience operating heavy equipment in a variety of operations in the maritime industry.  From Ro-Ro and breakbulk vessels to large containerized cargo ships, we are able to show the worker what to expect when setting foot on the job site for the first time.  We want the worker to feel confident that the information they received in training is applicable in the real world.

We manage this by continuously requesting feedback from both management and laborers, getting a full view of what is required to work safely on the job. Our team is committed to keeping up with not only the latest maritime regulations, but OSHA laws in general, in order to enhance the trainees’ understanding of best practices throughout all industries.  A number of trainers have already received certifications as a CSHO, SSH, or a combination of both, and continue to learn through opportunities CP Tech makes available to our employees. At the end of the day, the more knowledge shared between people could mean one more person going home to their loved ones.
